Affiliate & advertising disclosure

Affiliate links. We are applying to affiliate programs, and some seller links may become affiliate links. When a link is an affiliate link and you buy through it, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Until then, links to sellers are ordinary links.

Sponsored placements. Sellers can pay for a Featured Seller listing, a Deal of the Week slot, or a sponsor slot in The Tin Report newsletter. Paid placements are always labeled "Featured", "Sponsored" or "Sponsor".

What money can't buy. Payments never change the price data, the price-per-ounce math, or the order of cheapest-price tables. Prices come from sellers' public pages and show the date we checked them.
